The bride and groom spend an average of €24,427 on a wedding, including the honeymoon.
That is an increase of 8% to the previous year.

To fund the wedding 60% use their own savings, 21% get help from their parents, 17% take out a loan and 2% of couple had their wedding paid entirely by their parents.
